Arlene Sandoval is a San Diego native who began her career in Corporate America logging fifteen years of professional experience working side by side with executives in major corporations throughout Southern California. Arlene was mentored and trained by top-level executives at two major fortune 500 companies.

She was offered an executive-level position when she was merely twenty-five, making her the youngest International Communications Executive ever. By twenty-eight, Arlene felt pulled toward the non-profit sector and became Chief Operation Officer of an International non-profit with a focus on social justice reform that helped to build communities of hope, in war-torn countries.

Arlene helped restructure, create, and manage multi-million dollar budgets for numerous charitable organizations. During this time she gained invaluable knowledge in both the private and public sectors.

Arlene now works with Rise Up Residential, a San Diego Based Non-Profit Organization that creates low and no cost transitional and affordable housing. For Arlene, learning Real Estate became such a passion that she decided to get her Real Estate License in 2022 and joined the CARE Property Advisor Team as a homeowner advocate. She prides herself on communication and building relationships with every homeowner she has the honor to work with and serve.
